Interior renovation involving the combination of two adjacent residential units into one cohesive apartment. Scope included selective demolition, structural coordination (as required), and complete reconfiguration of floor plan layouts to improve spatial flow, functionality, and natural light distribution. Comprehensive 3D visualization renderings were developed during the design phase to communicate spatial intent, material selections and details.
Interior build-out of a neighborhood barber shop focused on creating a strong visual identity through material selection. Particular attention was given to materials and textures—combining wood, metal, tile, and exposed finishes to create depth, durability, and character within a compact commercial space.
Interior design project for the medical office focused on creating a clean, efficient, and patient-centered environment. Scope included space planning, finish selection, millwork design, lighting coordination, and detailing to support a calm and professional atmosphere.

The scope included space planning, finish selection, and the development of a cohesive theme of colors and textures. In addition to interior design and 3D renderings, we prepared detailed millwork drawings and assisted the client in negotiating competitive pricing among qualified fabricators.
