Lemberg Architecture, PLLC is a small architectural practice serving residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the States of New York and North Carolina. With active licensure in both states, the firm is delivering architectural services for private clients, property owners, and business operators.
The studio focuses on renovations, interior fit-outs, additions, and ground-up small-scale developments. We work on apartments, townhouses, custom homes, restaurants, retail stores, offices, and community spaces. Our services include architectural design, construction documentation, coordination with consultants, and construction administration. We also provide architectural consulting for property owners, developers, and business operators who need professional direction before committing to design or construction.

I am a Licensed Architect in the State of New York and the State of North Carolina. I interned at one of the most prestigious residential architectural firms on Long Island, where I was exposed early to refined detailing, high-end custom residential design, and the discipline required to translate design vision into precise construction documentation.
Over the course of my career, I have worked on highly technical healthcare and educational facilities—projects that demand precision, coordination, and a thorough understanding of life-safety systems, accessibility standards, and complex building infrastructure. These environments require disciplined documentation and rigorous consultant integration. I have had the opportunity to be actively involved in Construction Administration on such projects, working directly with contractors and project teams. In addition to large-scale projects, I have completed numerous residential and small commercial projects from concept through construction.
Today, as a sole practitioner, I am involved in every project from initial concept through final completion. Clients work directly with me—not through layers of management. Whether designing a custom home or shaping commercial environments that support business growth for years to come.
