This project involved the design and architectural visualization of a small, modern house conceived as a quiet retreat in a secluded natural setting. The design features clean, simple volumes clad in vertical wood siding, paired with a standing seam metal roof for a contemporary yet timeless expression. The house is carefully positioned to take advantage of open views, creating a strong connection between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.
Restaurant in Manhattan
Existing Conditions and New Floor Plan Layout Proposal. Scope included comprehensive field verification and documentation of existing conditions, preparation of as-built drawings, and development of a proposed floor plan layout for a new restaurant fit-out. The deliverables established the basis for design coordination, space planning, and future construction documentation.
Custom Home Proposal
This project also presents a high level of complexity for any custom home builder, requiring precise coordination, advanced installation techniques, and careful attention to detailing across multiple material transitions. The success of the project like this depends on intensive collaboration between the architect, owner, and builder, ensuring that design intent is fully realized through craftsmanship and execution.
The exterior expression reflects this process, combining a curated palette of materials to create depth and character. A mix of standing seam metal roofing and low-slope roof elements defines the overall form, while vertical wood siding and stone cladding add warmth and texture. Carefully composed storefront glazing introduces transparency and connection to the surroundings, enhanced with integrated privacy features to balance openness with comfort.

Preparation and production of a comprehensive architectural interior construction document set. The drawing package included detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details for custom millwork, interior door assemblies, flooring systems, decorative architectural elements, and finish applications.
The scope also encompassed reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), lighting layouts and coordination, interior elevations, material specifications, and dimensioned detailing necessary for fabrication, coordination, and construction implementation.
